What Is The Forge?

NOT ANOTHER
MEN'S PROGRAM.

The Forge is a Christ-centered gathering where men from churches across our community come together to grow in faith, build real brotherhood, and challenge one another to live with purpose.

Many churches. One purpose. Christ at the center.

Why We Gather

MEN WERE NEVER MEANT TO WALK ALONE.

Men carry a lot. Responsibility. Pressure. Failure. Temptation. Fear. Questions. Expectations. Too often, we carry those things quietly and convince ourselves that handling them alone is strength.

The Forge creates space for something different: men gathering around Christ, God's Word, food, fire, honest conversation, and genuine brotherhood.

This is not about pretending we have it all together. It is about becoming the men God is calling us to be—and helping the man beside us do the same.

The Mission

WHAT WE ARE HERE TO DO.

The goal is not simply to create a good night for men. The goal is changed lives that carry the influence of Christ back into homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

Why “The Forge”?

GOOD STEEL IS SHAPED.

In a forge, heat makes steel ready to be worked. The hammer applies pressure. The anvil gives it something solid to be formed against. The process is not comfortable—but it gives the metal strength, shape, and purpose.

Faith can look a lot like that. God uses His Word, His Spirit, other men, hard seasons, correction, encouragement, failure, and grace to shape us.

The Forge is built around that truth: we are sharpened so that we can sharpen others.

PROVERBS 27:17

Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.

What Happens At The Forge?

SIMPLE ON PURPOSE.

The details can change from gathering to gathering. The heart of it does not.

01

FOOD

We sit down together. Eat something good. Meet somebody we did not know before.

02

SOMETHING TO DO

Fire, cooking, outdoors, projects, competition, service—whatever helps men connect naturally.

03

REAL CONVERSATION

A topic grounded in Scripture with room for men to actually talk, listen, and be honest.

04

CHRIST AT THE CENTER

Everything ultimately points back to Him. The Forge is not the destination. Christ is.

Across Church Lines

MANY CHURCHES.
ONE PURPOSE.

The Forge is not built around one church creating another isolated men's program. We believe something powerful happens when men from different churches put the names on the buildings aside and gather around the name of Christ.

We are not competing with local churches. We want to strengthen the men who return to them.

HAVE IT TOGETHER.

You do not have to know anyone. You do not have to belong to a particular church. You do not have to arrive with the right answers.

Come eat. Sit around the fire. Meet some men. Hear the Word. See what God does.

COME AS YOU ARE. LEAVE SHARPER THAN YOU ARRIVED.
